COVID - 19
Ski Stores Inc DBA Sun’N Fun Specialty Sports has adopted policies and procedures to incorporate the current, and often updated, recommendations and protocol set promulgated by City of Sioux Falls, the South Dakota Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention related to the current global pandemic related to the spread of the NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19). As a result of this outbreak, some of those policies and procedures greatly impact how our services must be administered in the current climate.
Our team is very committed to serving our customers, past, present, and future, during this time and we remain very much open for business to serve the needs of our customers and our community. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, meeting with customers in person has become a danger for all due to the severity of the implications that exposure to COVID-19 can bring. In that vein, and for the safety of our staff, our loved ones, our customers, and our community, our physical location will be open by appointment only, until further notice. If you have placed an online order with us we will continue to package and ship your orders as normal until otherwise restricted. Rest assured knowing that we are monitoring all of our current orders and customers to determine how they are impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. If you have questions or concerns regarding the shop or an online order, please contact us at 1-605-361-1456 and leave a voicemail or, via e-mail, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sadly, due to what appears to be a very widespread level of inattention and willful ignorance, there are those in our community who have not embraced the severity of the impact that this pandemic brings along with it. As a direct result, our physical locations must remain closed to the public, and unfortunately to our customers, until it is safe to resume normal operations.
If you have questions about the emergence of COVID-19, inclusive of social distancing recommendations, self-quarantine protocol, or socially responsible treatment post-exposure, I urge you to contact the South Dakota Department of Health at 1-800-997-2880.
